Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp yeast
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup warm water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg (for wash)
  • Sesame & nigella seeds for topping
  • Method:
  • Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and oil to form a dough.
  • Knead for 10 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  • Shape into a round loaf, score the top, brush with egg wash.
