Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp yeast
- 1 tsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm water
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 egg (for wash)
- Sesame & nigella seeds for topping

- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add warm water and oil to form a dough.
