- 1 ripe banana mashed
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tbsp sugar

Step 1: Mash the banana
Take a bowl, mash the ripe banana until smooth.
Step 2: Add wet ingredients
Add egg, oil and milk. Mix it well until smooth.
Step 3: Add dry ingredients
Add flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix gently until combined. Batter should be thick and smooth.
Step 4: Heat the pan
Heat a non stick pan on medium heat and add a few drops of oil.
